2. How is Zero2.5 Plant Ionizer App useful to me?

When you purchase 3rd-party devices that are compatible with Zero2.5 products, with Zero2.5 Plant Ionizer App, you can track air quality in your home, office or wherever you place the air quality indicators and Zero2.5 Plant Ionizers. And you can set alert rules to automatically control ON/OFF of Zero2.5 Plant Ionizers to clean and fresh the air once the requirements of rule are met. 

3. How do I change my account details?

You can change your account details under "Account" tab. Go to "Settings" and you can change your profile and password.

4. How do I set up the device?

Tap on "Devices" tab. Tap on the button "Add Device" and follow the steps accordingly.

5. Can I have more than one user account?

Yes, you can have more than one user account. But one email address can only be registered as one user account.

6. My app keeps crashing, what should I do?

Please update to the latest version of the app by checking the App Store.
