Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every order that you placed from us. If you are not satisfied with any item that you have purchased, you may choose to return the item(s) and request for a full refund.

   

If you wish to return an item, please check out our Returns & Refunds requirements (as stated below) to make sure your item(s) is eligible for return.

 

Requirements:

1. Send an email to customerservice@zero2-5.com within 7 days from the date of receipt to inform us that you wish to return the item(s) quoting your order number. 
2. Do not ship the item(s) back to us unless our customer service had request you to do so via email confirmation. 
3. The item(s) and its original packaging must be unopened and any seal must be intact. 
4. The item(s) and its original packaging must be in resell-able condition. 
5. The item(s) must be new and unused. 
6. Free gifts/items received with the purchase must also be returned in its original condition. 

Please ship or deliver the item(s) back to our office at your own cost. We are not liable for any damage or loss during shipping. Please have the proof of purchase ready for verification. 

Once we received your item(s), we will perform a final quality check to determine if your return is valid. If return is valid, we will do a refund to you of the purchase price minus any shipping or handling charges within 7 days. If return is not valid, we will contact you immediately and ship the item(s) back to you at your original order shipping address.
